Take either I-5 or I-805.

If on I-5, proceed to I-54 East, then take I-805 South.  Proceed South on I-805 then exit on Telegraph Canyon Road.  Head East on Telegraph Canyon Road.  This road turns into Otay Lakes Road.  Keep heading East on Otay Lakes Road approximately 13 miles.  The road narrows from a 6 lane road to a 2 lane road as Otay Lake comes up on the right.  Continue on the winding 2 lane road until you pass the lake.  Just as you pass the lake, look to your right and you will see our facility on the right.
